At Inoue Heater Co., Ltd., we offer three types of heaters (coolers): line heaters (line coolers), high-pressure gas-compatible tank-type heaters (coolers), and hot air (cold air) generation devices. Line heaters (line coolers) require durability of the fins when the static pressure of the gas is high and there are pulsations. Inoue Heater's coolers (heaters) are designed with a robust casing to withstand harsh conditions such as vibrations. Additionally, we use specially molded fin tubes that enhance the adhesion between the fins and tubes, increasing the strength of the joints. For high-pressure gas-compatible tank-type heaters (coolers), we recommend heaters (coolers) that incorporate fin tubes within a tank-type casing when the gas is at high pressure. This structure excels in pressure resistance and can prevent issues caused by gas pressure. The hot air (cold air) generation device is assembled by setting a blower on Inoue Heater's heat exchanger and mounting it on a common base.
